– Sử dụng các từ ngữ liên quan tới chủ đề:

Hướng dẫn cách viết
Mở đầu thư: Gửi lời chào, phải có dấu phẩy khi kết thúc lời chào. (Dear …,)
Nội dung thư:
– Giới thiệu bản thân. (My name is …)
– Kể lại ngắn gọn sự việc, sử dụng thì quá khứ đơn (đã được quan tâm chăm sóc khi là bệnh nhân COVID-19).
– Thể hiện lòng biết ơn (I thank you a lot for…/ I feel grateful for…)
